Cacao powder is made from fermented cacao beans (Premium Criollo variety). This fermentation process ensures the antioxidants and other nutrients in the beans are preserved.
Suggested use: Simply add 4 – 5 teaspoons of powder to a cup of milk or add to taste in smoothies, yoghurts, coffee or ta. May also be added to your superfood blends as part of your dressing.
Taste profile: Berry and coffee notes naturally found in chocolate’s flavour. Similar to unsweetened dark chocolate.
