Ceylon Cinnamon is known for its sweet woody aromatic flavour. It is great when paired with beverages giving you great taste and nutrients. Not to be confused with the more common cassia cinnamon.
Suggested use: Simply add 1 teaspoon of powder or to taste in smoothies, honey, coffee or tea. May also be added into your superfood blends as part of your dressing.
