Fuss-free Quinoa Salad

Designed to be eaten warm or chilled, this quick Organic Quinoa salad is delicious, nutritious, convenient and easy to prepare.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  •   1/2 cup of organic quinoa
  •  1 cup of water
  •  50g cherry tomatoes, halved
  •  1 apple, diced
  •  1/2 cucumber, diced
  •  5g parsley, chopped
  •  2 tablespoon chia seed oil / olive oil
  •  2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  •  1 teaspoon honey
  •  Salt and pepper to taste


  1.  Add raw organic quinoa, water, salt into a small pot over medium heat and allow it to boil
  2. Lower heat to low, cover with a lid and allow contents to simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Turn off heat and allow contents to steam-cook for an additional 10 minutes
  4. Fluff cooked quinoa with a fork
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk honey, vinegar and chia seed oil together to make the dressing
  6. Combine cooked quinoa with other ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve. Add dressing, salt and pepper to taste
